From time to time clients find they need to take on people to help fill gaps in their organisation, either during a period of change or to provide short-term cover.
Generally, we will provide someone who is overqualified for the role so you don’t have to shoulder the burden of training and they can pass on their knowledge to existing staff as and when necessary. Only people with a proven track record and a wealth of experience are recommended for any given position, so clients can relax knowing all their expectations will be met.
Typical assignments last between 6 to 18 months and may be full or part-time. Alternatively, executive coaching can be used to strengthen the skills of team leaders and managers who are taking on new responsibilities and will benefit from some confidential support and guidance.
