There’s no ‘one size fits all’ with project management, and there’s a lot of cross-over with change management, but in general our approach is to work closely with you to:

• ensure everyone is on board with clear, identifiable goals budgets and approval mechanisms
• establish clear reporting lines and terms of reference
• identify resources in terms of people’s finance and time
• make sure we pass on our expertise to the people we work with in-house
• use and adapt Prince II methodology, as appropriate
