Recent experience:  Julia’s recent experience has been working within the NHS to design and deliver change programmes and projects, establish and manage PMO functions and lead operational teams.

She is solutions orientated, not afraid to challenge the status quo and propose potential solutions, working with others to drive decision making and successful delivery.

Career: Julia’s earlier career was spent in the private sector, predominantly in Banking and Finance, undertaking a number of roles in both operational and programme management for organisations including GE Capital, Santander, Nat West Bank.

Achievements:

My proudest achievements are; establishing a PMO function and Gateway process, whilst supporting project managers to more effectively deliver. This implementation lead to a 50% increase of projects delivered year on year for a major corporate organisation. Use of the LEAN methodology and research to work with an NHS Community services provider team to reduce a patient waiting list from 2 years to under the required 18 week target within 6 months.

Education:  LEAN Six Sigma certified practitioner, Prince 2, PMI Project Management Fundamentals (George Washington University), Distinction in CeMAP Level 1, Finance Industry Standards Association (FISA) Foundation Level 1
